The Practice

Whether you are seeking to increase flexibility and strength in the body and create ease in the body or a way to releave stress in your body and mind or just try something new this practice can offer this to you and so much more.  All you have to do is show up.

The Teacher

I have a passion for helping others become aware of their mind, body, and breath enabling them to make more conscious choices both on and off the mat.  My mission is to help others discover the joys of yoga and awaken others to their own inner wisdom. My open and friendly style creates a space for students to be themselves and have fun as they expand their practice.  I utilize breathing techniques, moving meditation, relaxation, and great music to help warm the body, quiet the mind, and ease the spirit. You will leave my sessions more joyful and lighter than when you came in.
